IN BRIEF...

Since I began my journey as astronomer I’ve had the opportunity to work on new instruments (ALMA first and now JWST) and to take part in exciting projects that will unravel the mystery of the primordial Universe.

CURRENT POSITION AND ACTIVITIES

Assistant Professor, Scuola Normale Superiore Pisa (Italy)

P.I of the ERC Starting Grant WING: Winds in Galaxies

Active member of the JWST NIRSpec GTO Team:

  • Architects of NIRSpec GTO pipeline

  • Member of the group in charge of selecting targets for the IFS observations

  • Lead of the scientific MOS project Galactic outflows (and inflows) in the early universe

  • Co-Lead of the scientific IFS project Kinematics and outflow properties in SFGs at high z

In March 2021 I obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor
